I was a little disappointed when my tree didn’t make it, but I remembered it was covered by the guarantee, so I reached out. The process wasn’t instant and it did take a bit of time, but they did follow through and replace it for me. In the end, everything worked out fine, and I was glad they stood behind their promise

I ordered from Stark Bro’s and, the product info on the site was close to what actually showed up. The size and condition were about what I expected, so there weren’t any big surprises there.

The planting details were useful too, especially the spacing and chill hour notes. I did end up having to look up one thing somewhere else, though, because I’m not always confident customer service will give a straight or helpful answer if I reach out.

Overall, it was a good experience, just not totally perfect. I’d probably use the site again, but I’d still double-check details on my own before ordering.

I ordered a couple of fruit trees from Stark Bros, i thought the price matched what I received well. I was half expecting skinny little twigs, but they showed up nicely packed and looked healthy enough that I felt good about planting them right away.
One of the trees was a bit slower to start showing signs of life, which made me wonder at first, but it eventually woke up and is growing now too. From my experience, they seem like a solid buy for the money, and I’d be comfortable ordering from them again.

I usually just go by the estimated delivery date and plan around that, so when this order showed up much later than they said it would, it was frustrating. I get that delays happen, but the timing ended up being way off.

I did end up finding what I needed, so that part was fine. But yeah, the pages were loading slow for me, and checkout had me a little confused for a minute. It gets the job done, just not the smoothest experience.

They did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I expected. I couldn’t help feeling like my message wasn’t really a priority, or maybe they were hoping I’d just stop following up. It got handled in the end, but the wait was frustrating.

Got the plants in and they looked healthy overall... nice and green, sturdy too. One was a little on the dry side but it’s already starting to perk back up, so I’m happy with them

They had a really nice selection of trees here, more than I expected. I went in thinking it would be a quick stop, but I ended up wandering around for a while trying to decide. Randomly, it also reminded me that I need to clean up my own yard at some point, but that’s a problem for another day. Overall, great spot if you want plenty of options.

I’ve had a good experience with Stark Bros, overall. They usually have a better selection of fruit trees than what I can find locally, and the ordering process was simple enough. The plant info was clear, too, which helped me feel like I knew what I was getting.

The only reason I’d go with 4 stars, instead of 5, is that a couple of the items ended up on backorder, and the timing shifted a little. It wasn’t a huge problem, really, but I did have to wait longer than I expected...
